Analysis the side effect of Tamiflu
Influenza A virus is a major health problem world-wide during winter and spring seasons. Neuraminidase is a key protein of virus
infection. The human type 2 neurominidase (HsNEU2) has the similar 3D structure with virus neurominidase. In middle of 2000s,
it was reported that antiviral drug Oseltamivir (Tamiflu) may have side effect causing neuropsychiatric problem
in Japan due to a nonsynonymous SNP in HsNEU2.
